When you need more pilots than your Academies can provide, the Spacecraft Staff Training Center can help.

The Spacecraft Staff Training Center allows more spacecraft pilots to be trained more efficiently.

Upon reaching level 20, the Military Academy can be upgraded to the Spacecraft Staff Training Center.

In order to build a Spacecraft Staff Training Center, Spacecraft Staff Training Center research has to be finished.
